All orders are processed within our standard processing timeframe. For customized items, please allow standard shipping time plus an additional 7 business days for production and embroidery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and selected service. Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability. Rush processing and expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee.

🔁 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized and made-to-order items are final sale.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once processing has begun.

If an issue arises with your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.

Any dispute or chargeback filed after an order has been processed and shipped may be considered a violation of our store policies. We reserve the right to submit all supporting evidence to the payment provider and pursue further action where applicable.
